Dimension

Mental consciousness is only the human range which no more exhausts all the possible ranges of consciousness than human sight exhausts all the gradations of color or human hearing all the gradations of sound – for there is much above or below that is to man invisible and inaudible. So there are ranges of consciousness above and below the human range, with which the normal human has no contact and they seem to it unconscious, – supramental or overmental and submental ranges.

Thus, there is in us an entire gamut of vibratory nodules or centers of consciousness, each specialized in a specific type of vibration, which can be distinguished and perceived directly according to the degree of our silence and the acuity of our perceptions. The mind is only one of these centers, one type of vibration, one of the forms of consciousness, though it seeks to take first place.

These dimensions / densities / planes of consciousness are frequency bands, repeating sequences of flashing on and off scalar standing wave points that exist within a grid called a morphogenetic field.

The quality of light or the quality of vibrations is essentially what distinguishes one plane of consciousness from another. Behind the physical plane lies the astral plane, and behind the astral plane lies the mental plane, and behind the mental plane lies the spiritual plane, each plane acting as plane of causation to the one beneath it, and each in turn being controlled from the subtler plane above it. When we "change gear", consciousness is shifted from a denser to a subtler plane and we begin to move among remoter and remoter causes of which the happenings upon the physical plane are the end-results; we manipulate these causes and the results are immediately effected.

Our consciousness has been conditioned to perceive through the five fundamental human senses. This has prevented us from tapping into the other worlds or dimensions that exist just beyond the range of our normal perception. We are unaware of them because our minds have not been trained to consciously vibrate at these higher levels.

To open the portals of perception, the one belief that must disintegrate concerns the way that the consciousness is viewed as something that is inside our physical body, perhaps located somewhere in the brain.

We are multidimensional beings. Our consciousness exists outside of the physical body, even outside of the matter world. It transcends time and space as part of the one quantum mind.

We are pure awareness temporarily inhabiting a human body in order to develop our consciousness while experiencing a reality under illusory veils. The physical body is like a virtual-reality suit that converts everything that we see, hear, touch, taste and smell into electrical impulses that formulate our perceptions from inside the brain. These sensory-based perceptions help us to function in a very dense vibration.

In order to reach multidimensional perception, the brain must be unified with the truer "brain of brilliance", the Higher Mind aspect of the self.
